A little about us
Situated on the prized border between the Northern Quarter and Ancoats, The Wayfarer is a modern, neighbourhood watering hole, that couldn’t get more central if it tried. While we are a 21st Century addition, we follow century-spanning traditions and heritage that define the neighbourhood pub experience.

The Wayfarer is ideal for any special events you have planned, with a fully stocked bar, options for DJs or your own music and incredible staff that are ready to help.
Birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, or any function you have in mind are welcome. In addition to a capacity of up to 80 people, the space has four taps, including Guinness, and one to two private bartenders depending on the size of the reservation.
We have a minimum spend requirement that is determined by the day and date of your event, and require a 10% refundable payment to hold your reservation. This is released after your minimum expenditure is met. If you hire a DJ, you can use our XLR inputs or equally use Spotify, both of which connect to our top-of-the-line hi-fi system. Packages are tailored to each enquiry to help you get the most out of your event.
